Continuous filament winding process (based on continuous method) :
The process is made in the continuous advance of the mandrel through a pipe feed station feeding resin prepreg untwisted roving, short-cut fiberglass and resin sand mixture.
Centrifugal casting process (belonging to the fixed-length method):
In this process, will cut off the supply of glass fiber reinforced materials and sand to fixed on the bearing steel in the mould, make the one end of the steel mould of added catalyst impregnated unsaturated resin, using centrifugal force of air displacement of fiber and filler material, produced no gap of dense composite pipes made of this method is also called sand glass fiber reinforced plastic tube.
